We currently ship Australia-wide only.
Processing Times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Shipping Options
We use Australia Post for reliable and trackable delivery.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind
You may return unused and unopened products within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Once we receive the item, your refund (excluding original shipping) will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used wax melts or opened packaging unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund (including shipping).
